Reservation Procedure
Online: To reserve your spot, please
fill out
the online reservation request. Once you have submitted it, you will
receive an email back from us within a few days to confirm your reservation.
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of deposit or valid credit card
information. We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, traveler's and personal
checks or cash. Your credit card will be charged at the time of reservation.
By Phone: If you prefer to make your
reservation by phone, please call the Pebble Publishing, Inc. Bookstore at
(573) 698-3903.
Please have the following information ready:
- The name of the person who made reservations
- Date of the trip
- Number of persons
- Number of canoes/kayaks needed
Advance reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are happily accepted but
availability may be limited.
Our float trips are alcohol-free trips.
Can we schedule our float for a weekday? We offer custom trips to fit in with your vacation plans. Please call or
email to arrange your trip on a weekday or Sunday if that better suits your
schedule. We offer this service with a 4-boat minimum ($280. 8 people x $35). If you have fewer
people, but are willing to pay the 4-boat minimum rate, we are happy to
accommodate your needs.
You will be required to wear a lifejacket/PFD (personal flotation device)
during the entire trip. These will be furnished to you at the beginning of
the trip.
Please communicate your special needs to us in advance.
No pets please.
This trip is not age appropriate for children under the age of 7.
Children under the age of 16 are required to paddle with an adult guardian.
Guide and shuttle services are to be used by registered guests only.
Rainchecks: Rainchecks will be given
in the event of flooding or excessive all day rain. The raincheck can be
used within the same calendar year. Our tentative operating schedule is
Saturday, May 15 through Sunday, October 17, 2004.
Cancellation: If your plans change,
please notify us as soon as possible. Your reservation is guaranteed with
your credit card. If your reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before
your scheduled arrival, you will not be charged. If we receive less than 30
days notice of cancellation and we are unable to rebook your canoe(s), you
will be charged for your reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation
will result in charges for all of your reserved canoes.
Groups Reservation/Cancellation:
Group reservations (six people or more) require a 50% nonrefundable advance
deposit, with balance collected at check-in. If your group reservation is
cancelled 30 days or more prior to reservation date, no other charges apply.
Cancellations 29 days or less before group reservation date will be charged
to you if we are unable to rebook your reserved canoes.
